Initial Inquiry
OISEA reviews each inquiry individually to understand the nature of the matter, the assistance requested, and whether the circumstances appear appropriate for consultation.

Provide a brief, general summary sufficient for an initial review. Detailed records and sensitive materials can be addressed through an appropriate process if the matter proceeds.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial credentials, medical records, passwords, explicit evidence, confidential legal documents, extensive case files, or sensitive digital media through this initial form.
Existing Matters
Current clients and authorized representatives may use cases@oisea.org for case-related correspondence and administrative updates. Include the OISEA matter reference in the subject line.
Do not email sensitive records or evidence unless OISEA has provided an approved submission method. Case information is provided only after the requester’s identity and authorization have been confirmed.

A matter is accepted only after the scope, responsibilities, terms, and required authorizations have been established in writing.
